Plans
Five sizes, one storage tier, 10 TB each.
Every plan sits on the same highly available shared storage. Prices are per month in Canadian dollars, billed monthly.

Want the hardware to yourself?
Private Cloud
Enterprise VM shares hosts between customers. A Private Cloud gives you your own Proxmox VE nodes with Ceph storage across them: one node for development, three as the production minimum, five when three is not enough.

SSD Cloud Servers
KVM servers on fast SSD storage, nine sizes in Toronto or Vancouver. The right choice when you need a Linux or Windows box fast and do not need built-in failover.
See SSD Cloud ServersFeatures
Enterprise infrastructure, one virtual machine at a time.
Clustered hosts and shared, replicated storage give each machine the resilience of a cluster without you running one.
Inside our SOC 2 Type II audited environment
These hosts sit within the environment covered by our SOC 2 Type II report. Ask our team to confirm the specific service and report scope against your audit requirements.
DDoS protection included
Cloudflare Magic Transit network DDoS protection covers every Enterprise VM. It is part of the price, not an add-on, and there is no traffic threshold to buy past.
Automatic host failover
The hosts are built as self-healing infrastructure. If a host fails, its virtual machines restart on another host without a ticket.
Highly available flash storage
Every write lands on more than one server, so losing one loses no data. Storage is flash-optimized and spread across servers; reads come from whichever copy answers first.
Scale from the control panel
Add CPU, memory or disk when a season, a launch or a migration needs it. You pay for what you provision, and the plan can grow with you.
Canadian data centres, Canadian company
Host your workload in Toronto or Vancouver with a Canadian-owned company, billed in Canadian dollars and subject to Canadian law.
24/7/365 support
Phone, email or a ticket in the customer panel, any hour. Servers are self-managed; Managed Support adds patching and a 24/7/365 response time.
Included with every plan
VM10 runs on the same cluster as VM50.
The size changes; the storage, failover, network and support terms do not.
- KVM virtualization on shared, isolated enterprise hosts
- Highly available shared storage, replicated across servers
- 10 TB of monthly traffic on every size
- At least 1 dedicated IP address

FAQs
Before you order.
Five common questions about cloud servers. The full list is on the FAQs page.
What is Cloud Hosting?
There are many definitions of the “Cloud”. In our case it means highly available, scalable, virtualized servers that you reach over the internet. You control each virtual server through a user-friendly control panel.
What is the difference between Self-Managed and Managed?
All CACloud services are self-managed. You control them directly through the user control panel. If you run a more complex setup, or want some help, you can add Managed Support to your account for a monthly fee; the current price is on the Managed Support page. We then update your server, patch your applications and harden the server when needed. You also get 24/7/365 access to our support team.
Can I upgrade an existing Cloud Server?
Yes, it is easy. Log in to your control panel, buy the extra resources, and assign them to your machine. The system shuts the machine down, upgrades it, and brings it back up on its own.
How do you bill?
Prices on the site are the monthly rate, billed to a credit card, and you can cancel at any time. Shared hosting and cloud servers can also be bought on a one, two or three year term, which costs less per month. You pick the term in the cart before you pay. Private Clouds are quoted. Every invoice is available in your control panel.
Is your support 24/7?
Yes. Our support team is available 24/7 at support@cacloud.com. Cloud Servers are self-managed, so check what your plan covers. The standard response time for the support team is 24 hours. If you need a true 24/7/365 response time, sign up for Managed Support.
Need a cluster's resilience without running one?
Pick a size and order online, or tell sales what you run today and how much downtime it can take. Call 1-866-821-8355 or email and an engineer will size it with you.
